Payment & Refund Terms

This page describes what you can purchase in the HAGGLE negotiation training game, how much it costs, when you receive access, and how to get a refund.

1. Who we are

HAGGLE is a browser-based negotiation training game (haggle.lol). oleksii@conversai.xyz, Telegram: @oleksii_malygin.

2. What we sell

All products are digital in-game content: access to additional scenarios, extra duels, and expanded report breakdowns. This is not a subscription: there are no recurring charges — you pay once per purchase. New accounts receive 3 free duels.

  • Detailed Duel Report — Extended analysis of one completed duel by the AI judge. Ціна: $1.99.
  • "Victor Sterling" Scenario — Boss access: English only, status, AI ban. Ціна: $1.99.
  • "Lina Wolf" Scenario — Boss access: the clinic that never says "no". Ціна: $2.49.
  • "Victoria Steel" Scenario — Boss access: corporate procurement, SLA, supplier #2. Ціна: $2.49.
  • "Gennady — Nordwerk Factory" Scenario — Boss access: factory website vs a $1,500 template. Ціна: $2.99.
  • "Arkady" Scenario — Legend access: warm manipulation and scope creep. Ціна: $3.99.
  • "Oksana Reber" Scenario — Legend access: the "I don't get numbers" mask. Ціна: $3.99.
  • Boss Pass — All Scenarios — Access to all locked bosses with a single payment. Ціна: $4.99.
  • Duel Pack ×5 — +5 duels added to your pool. Ціна: $2.49.

3. Currency and payment method

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Payment is made by Visa/Mastercard through the WayForPay payment service. The charge amount always matches the price on this page and the shop page (in hryvnia, amounts are converted at a fixed exchange rate at the time of payment) — we add no hidden fees.

4. How and when access is granted

  • Access is granted automatically immediately after successful payment;
  • purchased scenarios remain in your account for as long as the account exists;
  • duels from packs do not expire over time — they are only consumed when you play;
  • if payment went through but access didn't open — contact us and we'll fix it manually.

5. Refunds

Since digital content is delivered instantly, refunds are possible within 14 days from the date of payment, provided the purchased product has not been used (purchased duels not spent, scenario not opened). oleksii@conversai.xyz with your payment identifier. Refunds are processed to the card used for payment within 5–7 business days.

If access was not granted for technical reasons — full refund regardless of time limits.

6. Price changes

We may change prices in the future. This does not affect completed purchases. Current prices are always on this page and in the shop.
